Login lands on the dashboard (fix) and the lists rework (feature)

0.147.2 (fix)

• Signing in takes you to the dashboard instead of the welcome page, and the welcome page is no longer shown to signed-in people (/ redirects to /dashboard). Signing out still lands on it.

0.148.0 (feature): lists reworked

• Group lists were invisible to members because a group list was never tied to a group (is_group_id was never set by the UI) and the Lists page had no group tab. Now a group list is shared with one or more of your groups (new list_groups table, the old column is copied into it) and a Group lists tab shows everything shared with any group you are in, no group selection needed.
• List tags (up to eight, free text) with a search box on the Lists page; pressing a tag on a card searches for it.
• Smart lists: filled from rules (community tags any/all, collection statuses, include expansions, and for group lists include the groups' collections). Shareable, but only the creator can change them; games cannot be added by hand and they do not show in Add to list.
• Colours: a chip colour per kind of list (private purple, group blue, public green) and a background colour for the list card, with readable text.
• Create and edit share one dialog; the inline edit form on the list page is gone. New help page Lists. Migration V69.

Tested: the whole list service ran against Postgres 17 with all migrations applied (39 checks: sharing with two groups, member / outsider / anonymous access, the Groups tab with and without a group, removing a group, going private, edit permissions, smart rules with tags any/all, statuses, group collection, expansions, delete cascade); unit tests for the smart rules and list tidying; the Lists page cards and the create dialog (group chooser, smart rules) in a browser with mock data; tsc and npm run build. Not tested: the list details page (banner, notice, edit menu) in a browser, against your real data, and the login redirect end to end.
