On phones the page scrolls inside #root instead of the document, so Firefox
Android stops collapsing its address bar and the fixed bar stops jumping.

index.css is never imported, so the 0.147.5 rules did nothing. The phone rule
(page scrolls inside #root, document never scrolls) now lives in the MUI
CssBaseline overrides, and the dead block is removed from index.css.

Firefox Android's page area already ends above the gesture bar, so the
safe-area padding on the bar (and the + button offset) was counted twice.
