Sort game collection by play time #97

The Time column is currently not sortable like most other columns on the tabular list of games on the collections tab. Would be valuable to sort by play time.

A fix for this is implemented in 1.40.7 and is on staging for review: https://staging.gamethursday.win (pull request #98, not yet released to production).

What changed in the Collection list view:

Time is now sortable. Click the header to sort and click again to reverse.
Players (by maximum players), Weight and Owner are sortable the same way.
A new Weight column shows the BoardGameGeek weight, coloured by tier.
Games with no play time or weight always sort last, in both directions.
