B-04 (effort S): Dead frontend code. frontend/src/features/record-play/ui/GroupWizard.tsx is not imported anywhere (a near-duplicate of pages/groups/components/GroupWizard.tsx). public/vite.svg and public/winner_frame.png have no references in src or index.html.
B-05 (effort S): backend/tests/reproduce_import.py is a manual repro script, not a test. backend/src/migrations/backfill_descriptions.py sits beside the SQL migrations. scripts/verify_postgres_data.py is a one-off migration check. Move or delete.
B-06 (effort S): Local-only clutter (ignored, no repo impact): data/thursday.rar, root __pycache__/, frontend/dist. Delete if no longer needed.
- Old SQLite DBs and data/backup*/ folders: deleted (see 7efdd12).
