docs/Installation.md is wrong in several places. It has a placeholder clone URL (github.com/your-repo/thursday). It says the frontend is at :5173 under Docker (it is served on :8000). It says migrations are applied "on startup", but the Dockerfile runs scripts/apply_migrations.py and database.py says the app no longer migrates on startup. It lists only 3 env vars.

Installation.md rewritten: real clone URL, port 8000, migrations via apply_migrations.py (not on startup), required env vars, external DB, Telegram webhook step, dev setup. Also fixed Authentication.md (SECRET_KEY is required). Commit 3df042e on staging (VERSION 1.28.6).
