Gemini/GSD agent scaffolding is about 110 tracked files unrelated to the product: .gemini/GEMINI.md, adapters/{GEMINI,CLAUDE,GPT_OSS}.md, .agent/skills/* (11), .agent/workflows/* (24), .gsd/ (templates, examples, phases, milestones), PROJECT_RULES.md, GSD-STYLE.md, model_capabilities.yaml, docs/model-selection-playbook.md, docs/token-optimization-guide.md, scripts/validate-*, scripts/search_repo*, scripts/setup_search*. .vercelignore already excludes most of it. Decision: delete, or move to an ai-tooling branch. Keep any .gsd phase notes you value (see D-06).
